HI, I’M KAREN.

For over 25 years, I’ve taken big swings in my career, launching multi-million-dollar creative projects, developing breakthrough talent, leading over 100 teams, and delivering massive results for global brands such as NBCUniversal, Warner Bros. Discovery, and A&E Networks. I’ve turned groundbreaking ideas into reality and navigated unprecedented disruption.
But my ability to make bold moves didn’t start in multi-million-dollar companies. It’s who I’ve always been. I’ve never waited for permission. At 17, I moved from a small suburban town in northwest Indiana to a major metropolitan city with a vastly different pace, culture, and level of opportunity. After graduating from Boston University, I moved to New York without a job, only knowing a handful of people. I built my network, created opportunities, and forged a successful career in television one project at a time.
I don’t wait for things to happen. I make them happen. And as an executive leadership and career coach, I work with leaders ready to do the same. My clients have the same resilience and grit: people who refuse to settle and want to create more impact in their careers.
I've built my career on curiosity. It's what drew me to journalism. It's what made me successful producing television. And it's what makes me a better coach today. I'm fascinated by people, how they think, what motivates them, and why some leaders see possibilities that others miss. That curiosity helps me ask the questions that uncover opportunities my clients often miss because they're too close to see them.
