WHY I CREATED TELESCOPE LABS
Most organizations don’t struggle because their leaders lack talent. They struggle because their leaders haven’t been taught to think at the altitude the business now requires.
After 25+ years leading creative and business teams on projects for NBCUniversal, Warner Bros. Discovery, and A&E, I saw the same pattern. The work moved fast, the stakes were high, and teams were often troubleshooting and putting out fires faster than they could step back and see the full picture.
Brilliant, high-performing leaders were drowning in execution. They were rewarded for doing more, not thinking differently. My role was the opposite — to zoom out, see the entire field, and make decisions from a vantage point that others didn’t have time to access.
I created Telescope Labs to solve this gap.
